We are delighted to announce that planning permission has been granted by Tameside MBC to provide residential development on the site of the Former Samuel Laycock School in Stalybridge, which has previously been relocated to another site.
Due to start in early 2018, the development for The Casey Group with Contour Homes will see this vacant brownfield site, which bounds onto green belt land, transformed to provide 44 homes comprising 28 no. 2 bedroom houses and 16 no. 3 bedroom houses.
