New Residential Development at Chorley Street, Bolton


Planning approval has been granted for a new residential development on the site of a former NCP car park on Chorley Street in Bolton Town Centre.  The development will provide 101 apartments and 17 houses, for Bolton at Home and Irwell Valley Homes.

The development will be constructed by Watson Homes and ground works have recently started on site, and is due to be completed in October 2021.
