We are delighted to announce that planning permission has been granted by Bolton Council to provide new affordable family dwellings on the former site of St Osmund and St Andrew R.C. Primary School off Withins Drive in Breightment, Bolton.
The scheme will provide 51 houses and 17 cottage style apartments for Bolton at Home. Construction of the development will be delivered by Watson Homes and is due to start in early 2020.
